@saramg @martinvanaken Same observation today at the office (I was exceptionally not working remotely, which helps small talks with people I never work with): him and I are now in teams away from core apps development. When we where core maintainers of important apps, we used to challenge decisions and work hands-in-hands with products people to improve the output, but most of the new dev teams don’t seem to have that culture, resulting in problematic output. They just execute. 😢 |

- Actually, you can. And in some situation it's even required
Obviously if I explain and the CEO say "do it anyway" I will - but indeed, challenging things is a daily activity.
