@legoktm @Em0nM4stodon @wikipedia As someone who has been using wiki most of his life, and loves it, and donates to it, and was excited about Wikitribune - this feels like a good oportunity to expand on that? Is there any chance of federating wikitribune with activitipub?

Assuming you mean WT Social, that's a question for Jimmy Wales - in 2019 he said he was exploring ActivityPub and AFAIK hasn't said anything else: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WT_Socia

@jab01701mid @Em0nM4stodon @wikipedia There is good work but there are a lot of huge problems. Whole fields of knowledge are being wiped away and others filled with propoganda. There is a crisis of corruption at Wikipedia that is not noticeable on the surface.

Wikipedia is by far the internet tool (and computer tool even) that has helped me the most in my life and work. I cannot imagine the web without it.
