Annoying: don't know if it's a KDE bug or an Audacity bug, but I can't seem to open audio files with a space in the name in Audacity lately. It thinks they're separate files every space...

@gamingonlinux Just tested with Audacity 3.2.4 on Gnome on Debian and works fine.
Maybe @gperson knows something?

@gamingonlinux Something in the back of my head says 'check whatever file association entry calls audacity and make sure the %u bit is in e.g. single quotes.

audacity '%u' maybe?

@gamingonlinux I can't replicate with 3.3.2 on KDE. I put a space in the name of an MP3 and a project and it can save to and open both files.

@gamingonlinux that's probably a really common, but tricky, old *nix filepath bug popping up. I would wager that a dev didn't add the right kind of quotes to that filepath...

@gamingonlinux
weirdly it was only on the third time I read this that I noticed you wrote "a name in the space" as opposed to "a space in the name".
