@gamingonlinux Personally more interested in VRR and color accuracy than resolution. Wonder how difficult replacement will be. @gamingonlinux Higher resolution is a terrible idea, it's a huge overhead cost for very little real-world gain. If anything it's a net negative because of how much frame throughput you're losing out on for something you won't perceivably notice. It'd be way better to have an OLED screen of the same resolution as the default screen. @gamingonlinux I wish framework to have third party companies making upgrade kits for them too @gamingonlinux i don't understand why you would want that, you won't be able to run AAA games at 1200p and gaming at 800p or 720p on a 1200p display look like shit, it wiol be way better to just have OLED/Higher Hz or both |
@gamingonlinux I would be far more interested in 120Hz screens than one with higher resolution.
