I honestly think some developers make their games with their nose touching the screen...some game text is SO TINY.

@gamingonlinux Naa, they just use 3 40" 4K monitors. You know, the "average setup everyone should be able to afford." LOL!

@gamingonlinux

I'm afraid it's only going to get worse as the difference between your age and the average age of developers increases.

As it is, I've had problems seeing the text on many YouTube videos even with a 6.2" screen

@gamingonlinux It's a devious tactic leading up to jump scares. 😄

@gamingonlinux I have the opposite problem, I find most games the text is WAY too big, like it was made to be on a tv 20 feet away but that makes it far too large for on a monitor 2 feet away. Hate it when games feel the need to show me like 3 words at a time that take up 1/3 of my screen than slowly go through the rest.

@gamingonlinux Based on my experience video-conferencing and screen-sharing with co-workers who use 34" ultrawide screens (which I can't use because of my eyesight) - no, they just think their development environment is what we are playing their game on.

@gamingonlinux so true. I have a huge 40" screen I game on, and I couldn't read a half dozen titles due to the font size.
