F-Droid Privileged Extension port to Shizuku

Implementation of the F-Droid Privileged Extension that works without root using Shizuku.

IMPORTANT: After installing the app, make sure you open it! It will hang for a few seconds, then request the Shizuku permission. When it closes you're good to go.

Note: This app conflicts with the official Privileged Extension since it has the same package name. You can't have both at the same time.
