This is a picture from Hayao Miyazaki's Ghibli motion picture "The Castle in the Sky". A room filled with strange, blueish, metallic cubes, whose sides are inscribed with eldritch motifs that look a bit like those on electronic components. The cubes are disposed in circles on several levels.
