@vriska @nano in a nutshell tommy tallerico "made" the sound, in reality it was made by someone who worked for him, and it's under his license.

and when it was brought to his attention that roblox used the sound as ripped from his game, he basically told roblox "give me money or stop using it", and they just stopped using it.
