In Word 2013 (and possibly later):
Select the 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒆 tag on the toolbar.
Select 𝑶𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.
Select 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 and it's top of the 𝑪𝒖𝒕, 𝒄𝒐𝒑𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆 options. See below
