@thomasfuchs Truth be told, the nice thing about Mastodon is by and large, most members did a pretty good job tagging their posts as being adult, which lets you filter those out easily. From there, it was much easier to mute or block people who are not following community conventions.

@thomasfuchs My site's full feed includes boobs (and other anatomy). I hadn't noticed whether they have alt text, I'll check next time they go by.
