Created my first repo on codeberg.

First impression: really nice!

Second impression: really slow!

Third impression: HTTP 500 and just where did my repo go when I tried to rename it??? Fortunately it had barely anything in it.

So I filed an issue against #codeberg. And they fixed the problem within the hour!!

Volunteer organization, operated out of Germany, where it is the middle of the night going into a long weekend.

Wow! I guess I need to figure out how to donate a bit to them.

Yep.
Unfortunately Germany is also a place where the use of zoom is illegal.
The whole EU W3C community was excluded recently and so many issues were filed against you.

Please note that
β€’ the Social CG has a vote in place which forbids to use zoom and demands to use FLOSS tools for confs
β€’ there is 1 person in your matrix room which was banned for reasons by Social CG

EU people felt suddenly very excluded. Don't be a zoombie.

@sl007 have you considered perhaps sending some posts my way on a subject other than zoom? The world has hardly too few problems to talk about, nor does the fediverse, and I much rather hear 10 solutions you have developed to 10 other problems than hear about one single subject 10 more times, saying basically the same thing every time, given how many times you brought it up already.

The Big Brother Award was yesterday and it was huge :)
Please just respect that it is illegal here.

As you know we had 15 successful meetings in 2021/2022 and we'll just continue it at the BBB.

Please respect democracy about the banned person cause people now complain at me but I can't do nothing cause the matrix room is not even a w3c resource.

@J12t Yeah, in the busiest hours it is sometimes really slow. They are working on it, but the growth has been pretty steep.
