I just got that exact Orange Pi 5 and combined with an NVMe drive it is ridiculously faster for write i/o than rPi 4.

It's kind of ridiculous how much compute you can get for ~ $200 today. The OPi5 + 512GB NVMe drive were only $225. If I was willing to settle for 128GB I could have gotten that under $200.
