 @gamingonlinux (dumb question, but...) did you try with different versions of proton? Maybe the latest GE-Proton has it patched? I only have SW:FO installed on desktop, not deck. @gamingonlinux I didn't when I played it shortly after getting my Steam Deck. Perhaps try an older Proton version. @gamingonlinux ah... that's too bad. Honestly, I love the Steamdeck and the experience is better than it has any right to be. But if there is a point of frustration it's the game of wackamole that is Proton compatibility. @gamingonlinux @GameFromScratch it โworkedโ for me on 7.10 the ea app window is black but the buttons are still there, so you can just navigate it blindly. Still running experimental because my performance would absolutely tank when leaving the menu on 7.10 @gamingonlinux havenโt noticed it on my deck yet, but Iโve certainly seen that on my desktop running proton experimental on arch where I played through most of kashyykk |
Tested on two Steam Decks now, same problem ๐ต
