@gamingonlinux I really want to try that. Just found out about those specs recently, after getting my Steam Deck and it sounds so cool. If you don't hear from me for a week, you'll find me laying in bed staring up at the ceiling with these on 🤣 @gamingonlinux how is the text readability? Could one code from it realistically? Is eyestrain an issue after a few hours? How long is the longest time you wore them? @gamingonlinux soooo tempted to grab a pair of these or the TCL, even though it'd be a total splurge. @gamingonlinux I'm already a bit in the hole from buying the steam deck and the dock, but I might just have to go further down the proverbial rabbit hole; these look pretty awesome! @gamingonlinux I had no idea the steam deck was that big. I thought it was more Nintendo Switch sized @gamingonlinux how is the image and text? This looks like it could be an awesome way to get a bigger display and save space. Are you stuck in battery power with them connected? @gamingonlinux I've been tempted to get these for work rather than for play. Would you say these are usable for "desktop use" on Linux. (coding, writing, etc) @gamingonlinux maaaaan don’t tempt me 😆 @gamingonlinux seems interesting but I'm skeptical they'd work with my prescription lenses @gamingonlinux Does it do head tracking when you use the glasses as a virtual desktop? Or does it hold the desktop in a fixed place? @gamingonlinux this was genuinely the reason I finally went for the steam deck, been wanting a cyberpunky interface system since I was a kid and it's close enough a combo to count in my book it does, of course, make you feel the shortcomings of a single usb-c port for video, as all the hubs out there don't have a video-out port, and only the redmagic adapter allows use & charging at the same time as far as I can see, but still an excellent experience |
@gamingonlinux Looking forward to a review, it's been on my radar but didn't know if it'd actually be fun to use.
