@J12t From Part 4 - If X played no role, I tend to agree with this wise techie friend’s analysis. “The thing about him is that he's never had a business that required him to have any understanding of human nature before. It's all been physics, chemistry, & econ, which is hard to get wrong because the science is so clear & straightforward. & since he's never been wrong before, he probably has excessive confidence he's right about human nature, too, & he's not, & therefore failing spectacularly.”
