@J12t his comment is out of place; but I am not sure that I will express them at the opportune time. So let me just leave it here.
Based on my experience in other systems, Federation faces its toughest test when it comes to interoperability, especially when UI/UX is impacted. For ex take the light hearted comment in Sec 5.1: "as long as I get those buttons :-)".
