@aras theoldreader.com or selfhost with Miniflux. Then get an app that handles Google reader API or FEver API like FeedMe or FocusReader for Android (unsure of ios offerings) and you are set.

@aras the old readers site has a list of apps that work for it and many other sites and Miniflux supports both APIs if you decide to selfhost.
