@omglinux Can't run LanguageTool in it, and those pint-sized images are a bit of a deal-breaker. But it seems to work OK, and doesn't look too bad. I'm still wondering what Cawbird is up to, it seems to have disappeared off Flathub, but they said they were going to update it as a Mastodon client. @abandonhope Cawbird folks are beavering away. There's activity on the GitHub. Nothing people can try yet (well, not without building it from source). I agree about the pint-sized images - if they were full width they'd look a lot nicer. @omglinux I've already found two features that I missed and I think I'll try to contribute to that. Let's gooo @omglinux@mastodon.social Tuba's great! I'm working with the devs right now to get even more Calckey compatibility, although it already works pretty darn great with Calckey! @popey I needed to demo that menu and figured you'd be least likely to mind - I haven't actually muted you though π @omglinux dumped the ferdium tab I had for mastodon after I saw your post, slick client. @omglinux @dim I hadn't heard of Sengi until you mentioned it. Sending this reply from it - it's quite a different experience. Sort of Tweetdeck-y. Seems nice though. @omglinux as a tuba player Iβm going to have to install Linux just so that this can be my Masto client arenβt I? @omglinux Thanks; I'll check this out. For now, I use semaphore when on either pc. @omglinux looks great, but where are the custom emojis? ποΈ |
@omglinux I have looked into a few apps, but still struggle the benefit of them. What do these apps offer over the webpage with Firefox (including my addons)? I think the biggest downside of using such a dedicated app is that I can't use my Firefox plugins on them.
