@pmonks I'm always amused how it's free market this and free market that, but when it comes to paying a fair wage for labour all of a sudden the whole concept is forgotten

@yogthos all trades jobs are in high demand!
The average age of an HVAC (my field) is over 50 years old in the US. Long wait times for non emergency and even emergency repairs in some areas. We are a dying breed… If nothing changes; it’s only going to get worse.
