@stux I'm pretty sure it depends on the capabilities of your server, the number of users and on the administrative skills someone has.

Instances with a few users or even a single-user instance are much easier to deal with than an instance of hundreds or thousands of users, but it depends on the users themselves as well.

Also being a moderator just isn't as fun as being an admin (or at all). 😛
