What happened to me is I read your message and rhe words immediately swapped (my brain does that a lot) and I thought “disappointment as software” and now Twitter, and mostly all social media tools have a definition in my head that perfectly describes them.

@sara I used to work for a global IT outsourcing company. When we over promised and under delivered I used to gleefully call it (on internal calls) Failure As A Service.
