A huge milestone, Druid 0.8 was released today. This was a major effort, driven by Kaur Kuut and with many contributions by 80 people.

The short version is that the existing Druid architecture and codebase is not the best way to go forward, but we hope to include the best parts in Xilem.

The biggest part of the story is that we have such a good community doing this work.
