@fuzzychef it’s interesting that when Apple, Google, etc collided to drive down salaries, they lost a lawsuit. Does doing the same thing at the best of a market analyst remove liability? @rodgerd @fuzzychef “we felt the market wanted us to do it” is at least additional plausible deniability over “we had a meeting among ourselves”… which quite possibly puts it the other side of any enforcement line.   @rodgerd Its a payoff for aiding and abetting a criminal totalitarian regime that literally helps extremists (we are being kind here), suppresses dissidents, and engages in and profits from censorship, advertising, hypnotic suggestion techniques, and #massSurveillance. All while signalling "don't be evil". @fuzzychef I keep trying to decide if I'm going to write a post about what I've uncovered.  |
