Gregory's ServerDamn, the metal plate on the JSAUX clear back Steam Deck case sounds like quite a fire hazard if the reviewer could only take a few seconds touching it before "i feel like my skin is going to burn"

@gamingonlinux yeah I would buy one in a heartbeat if it didn't have that metal plate. I don't understand who thinks it's a good idea. Even if the stock thermals weren't enough (which they are), having an externally exposed heat sink is just bad product design. @gamingonlinux assuming APU power is cut at 105 C it's just bad user experience. Doubtful it will cause any fires, just a dumb idea! Very doubtful that small of a surface area could even achieve any noticeable cooling. |
