Gregory's Serveri’m still baffled at my business class trying to teach all these different legal structures to natural caretakers, and not even once mentioning co-operative or non-profit structures.
the closest thing was “partnership arrangements are not advised because it’s risky” so is breaking into a new field, during a pandemic, Neesie!!

@Moss it's just the standard bullshit. the professional class that manages businesses has no training in co-ops and non-profits so they try to scare people away from them. Yes, these structures are more difficult to pull off but it's largely because.... the professional class that manages businesses chooses to not support them
