@yogthos 50% of plastic from yellow containers is used for further manufacturing (stat from Czechia where I live). Seems that you are trying to debunk what you call lie/myth with even larger lie. Is that good strategy? 🤔

@yogthos Believe it or not, in California they actually give you a bonus if a certain percent of your can returns to recycle centers is plastic. The local public trash cans have a can container on top, that has a slide that dumps it in the main trash compartnent. Not worth the cost of sorting etc. Also in the greenwash dept, we have some trashcans that look like compactors with solar panels for power. All the solar panel does is run a little blinking light. It's just a trashcan.
