new official version for the first time in quite some time for building GPU shaders in #RustLang.

a lot of upgrades, bug fixes, maturity, and now supporting raytracing shaders!

we've been using this for over a year in production now for our Creative Playground & custom Rust engine here at Embark, and hope it can be fit for more developers as we continue to build it out.
