(also the UX for creating lists is awful so though LIsts are very powerful tools creating them in so tedious that they're not actually useful lest one wants to invest hours setting them)
I guess a good way to do it would be to be able to see all the people we follow (as we do now) with a row per followed, with Lists as columns, and checboxes for each of them to add the followed account to the list. That would allow quick repartition of followed accounts to the differnt lists imho (or quick creation and population of Lists in general).
The existing UI can be kept to later add accounts to existing lists, it's good when adding a single account at a time.
