Gregory's Server@jhpot one thing I didn't see there, that I would suggest because you talk about being able to follow people, is NOT setting an account to approve followers. I can't even imagine the amount of extra work it takes someone like you to sift through them all, but it also prevents your posts showing up in a feed until you approve the follow - yet your posts are still visible (if publicly posted) when one visits your profile page.

@JustAnotherJay Man I wish I could include everything in one guide but that would quickly become a book. I hope I can do various follow-up articles with tips like this.
