there is the work for these scammers that will keep most of the value you create

but there is also the kind of work where the workers organize the company themselves and everyone get the profit of their labor. it's not very common yet, so you might have to create one with other workers

there is also voluntary work or care work

@coffee imagine the macdonalds worker, they can sell any amount of big macs in an hour, right, yet that hour will only ever be compensated to the price of maybe four big macs
