@MikeBolam the shapes of the waves and the top of the peaks echo each other, and the sunsetโs wonderful. Lots of pleasure looking at this, keep finding more in it. @T1Danna The waves are actually different colours of sand, that naturally form this pattern as the tide goes out. @MikeBolam Oh my, does that mean there were a lot of different rock types and crustaceans present to create the sand? PS Iโm not s geologist, just curious. @MikeBolam I can hear the epic music in the background ๐ผ @MikeBolam @MikeBolam Hey, @RevJohn, this is the kind of view we could have had if we'd bought the island. @MikeBolam A nice pic and a nice name. I say that because I'm rather partial to rum. ๐ It's yet another place to visit on my bucket list. @MikeBolam Spent an Easter sailing up around there when I was younger. Got caught in a storm & took sanctuary in the harbour on Muck. @MikeBolam I spent 2 weeks on Rum about 15 years ago for the "Sound of Rum" music festival. I definitely need to go back โค @MikeBolam A place that Never ceases to amaze me. A true definition of the word 'Beauty'. Great picture duder. ๐ค @MikeBolam incredible! Like looking through a completely clear sheet of finely sanded rock candy @MikeBolam I'm working on sending two different clients to Scotland and Ireland in 2023. Next I have to book myself to get over there. :) #travelagent @MikeBolam love seeing stuff like that on my feed. Came to #mastodon for a #twitter replacement, getting an #instagram replacement as a bonus. @MikeBolam #beautiful #sunset #scotland #smallisles FREAKING beautiful! I can't wait to visit this beautiful land. Thank you so much for the inspiration! |
