@grrrr_shark @smitty not a server I was on, but a story I heard. #Mud admins implemented a "clue bit" without telling players. If you didn't have your clue bit set (default) nothing looked different (you had no clue). With a clue, you could set or unset others' clue bits, and see if they had a clue or not. "Clue wars" erupted with folks setting and unsetting each other, and most of the mud, literally and figuratively had no clue what was going on.
