Hey @Gargron the fix for those who compile master or run edge and lose notifications isn't to downgrade to 3.2.1, it's to downgrade to 3.2.0

@stux @Gargron master has a terrible bug that breaks notifications right now - people's guides floating around tell you to compile and build from master too... it's why you see a defect in github on it

@admin @stux There's no terrible bug that breaks notifications in master. You just need to run db:migrate to update the database schema
