@ashfurrow@mastodon.technology Thanks again for your work. I work in IT, and it is such a difference if you have to tackle problems in your spare time or at work, where you get paid for. Running private service stand in contrast of user expectations for availability and quality. This puts constant pressure on administrative users and from my perspective can only be handled by a group or collective, which would also enable to have administrative users extended offline times or make it possible to onboard new admins.

I feel with you and totally understand the situation you are in. You can now look back at many years of providing a service and I hope you get in the time left the deserved appreciation from your user base.
