I had a telehealth appointment that led to an ER visit that led to them finding nothing wrong, more tests pending. Stress is ...killing me?

Last place on earth I would ever go is the ER unless I actually thought I was dying. Still alive, no closer to figuring out what's wrong. Bad Day.

I am trying very hard to put my health first. I have no understanding of how to rest.

I thought I knew how, but turns out being anxious while seated - that's not it.

What are your go-to things you do to rest?
