@charlag Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to break that equation. Acquiring dopamine if your baseline isn't sufficient requires doing tasks that make the dopamine happen. I don't think anyone's cracked how to make more baseline dopamine happen. @charlag (sure would be nice if they could though, then I could spend less time on makes-dopamine tasks for the sole reason of 'need the dopamine to do things I actually want to do') @charlag now that I understand your question a bit better I’m sorry to say I don’t have a solution, I have the same problem and not much has helped |
