The most entertaining off-topic comment of my blog post on Hacker News is about blocking the anime girl picture. One poster said the blogger must have used an underhanded evil trick to stop uBlock Origin's "block element" from working... No, it's literally just body {background-image: url}, semantically the most correct possible way to express it... Since it's a global background, not an element, uBlock Origin unfortunately can't see it. ​:blobcatgiggle2:​
