Even Brzezinski didn't invent his own anti-Russian foreign policy agenda. He merely did a great job teaching western EU leaders to fear Russia using the post-communist language of his generation. But the plan to create a unified EU in order to "Keep Germany down and Russia out" has been the agenda of the west since WW1 and we are still living in this artificial nightmare.
