@wizard to be fair, that blue paint is a very distinctive and recognisable Chinese style. Compared to some of the other BS hCaptcha is pulling, this is pretty easy.

Although if you're visually impaired, hCaptcha seems like an even more of a fuck you than reCaptcha.
