a friend of mine was a hardcore fan, he's even fluent in Korean and his first motivation to learn it was k-pop
but I was a metal fan back then when we were friends so :blobcatgooglyshrug:
tbh the only Asian pop music I listen to now is Hatsune Miku and some anime openings
