@zensaiyuki where's the line between malice and incompetence on this one?

When Windows 10 warns me it's going to restart to install updates:
the "ok" button closes the prompt and delays it an hour
the "restart later" button restarts now
I'm scared to press "restart now"

Is this a deliberate dark pattern, or a stupid mislabeling of buttons?
