Gregory's Server@darius @cwebber If you don't trust OCAP, that's OK. But I think the interfaces it provides are far simpler than the current surface area that current Fediverse software has landed at. The bad thing about AP is that it didn't specify the privacy/security model, the good thing is that it means we can improve (and we should).
@cj @cwebber I guess what all this comes down to is: I literally don't understand enough about OCAP to trust or not trust it. And until there is either documentation I can understand, or working implementations I can understand and play with and take apart, I'm probably not going to use it.
To be clear I would love to understand it, it just has not happened yet.
