Gregory's Server@Linux_in_a_Bit I disagree, you don't have rights innately, they are the results of power struggles of human History. And this is not a consensus, this is a majority phenomenon in some places on earth, that was not something that went without saying for everyone in the first place, and it can disappear real quick if people stop considering it worthy. Rights don't exist naturally, you have to conquer them all the time.

It's not that you innately have them, it's that you don't have to justify having them. There's a small, but important, difference there.
