I also point out that when I worked at a title agency, I stumbled upon a woman born (assigned at birth) white yet was assigned Asian/Pacific Islander upon death so like does any of it officially really actually matter?

BTW the reason wasn’t a mix up or error. At the time of her birth there were only 2 races listed black or white. At the time of her death there were 10 listed.
