@schratze what i did was place my left thumb on my right palm (im right handed), and then used my left hand fingers as a support, placed on the back of my right hand, and squeezed my thumb into my palm

not sure if that clears it up, im not good at describing it

@annieversary I thought you were supposed to squeeze the thumb with the hand. It still doesn't work for me though. Sad, maybe it would have made swallowing pills a bit easier
