Do you need to describe commonly known things in Alt-Text? Let me have three examples here.
1. A picture of Jason Momoa.
2. A picture where in the background the Mona Lisa is shown.
3. A picture of a Person making a heart with their hands.
A detailed description of these topics is found everywhere on the web. So is it advised to describe it anyway or would a (fictional) picture of Jason Momoa making a hand heart gesture in the Louvre in front of the Mona Lisa already be descriptive enough with the Text »Jason Momoa making a hand heart gesture with two hands in the Louvre in front of the Mona Lisa«?
