@Jakra Thanks!!! ❤️ Well, I think it’s important to understand the reasons behind things. Many people don’t understand the "why," and that makes them less likely to consider starting to do it.
@kastwey I absolutely agree, but so often people berate and gate-keep, which isn't productive. The more we have gentle nudges instead of criticism the better!
