@AlinaLeonova I started always adding them when some folks I followed explained how important it is for some folks usability.

I never realized it but once I did, it totally makes sense and I want my posts to be accessible.

I don't know I always do a great job of it through.

@AlinaLeonova when the picture tells a 1000 words and i run out of explanation at 1000 characters.

@AlinaLeonova I also won't boost images without alt-text.

@AlinaLeonova I only usually add alt text because I sometimes use decorative images. I've read that decorative images aren't meant to have descriptive alt text.
