@tkinias @ElenLeFoll @unibibkoeln It depends on the library/country, I think. E.g. at the Sorbonne library it's 5€ (https://www.bis-sorbonne.fr/biu/spip.php?article95) but it's free for copies. I used it only once to ask for an article that was available in one single library in France, and it was incredibly useful!

We also have some pretty complex rules that can influence the price depending on whether it is for research/teaching or for yourself, etc...
