I just learned that a very smart and accomplished woman scientist who I happen to know IRL is not active on Mastodon bc of mansplaining. This really bums me out. If ever you spot me mansplaining something, PLEASE call me out on it. You have my permission and gratitude. I’m far from perfect, and it’s possible I’ve done it myself without meaning to.
